（1） Online Registration
Please register online and provide required information for further arrangement.
（2） Fill-in Required Documents
Complete and sign the enclosed Authorization Letter and Renewal of Vehicle Licence Form TD558
（3）Document Pick Up by Courier Company
We will arrange courier service for document pick up.
（4）Receive the Renewed Vehicle Licence
The renewed vehicle licence will be delivered to you within 14 working days^ upon receiving your application. (^Due to the coronavirus situation, the processing time of the documents may take longer than usual, subject to the operating procedures of the Transport Department.)

Terms and Conditions：
1. The Vehicle Licence Renewal Service is only applicable to selected Hong Kong Motor Club members. The name of the applicant and the owner of the vehicle must be identical.
2. We will contact you within 5 working days for further arrangements upon receiving your online registration.
3. Before submitting the application, please make sure all court fines are being settled. If the vehicle is required to be examined, vehicle examination should be done before submission.
4. The whole Vehicle Licence Renewal process takes 3 - 4 weeks approximately.
5. Personal contact information and vehicle information will be updated on Hong Kong Motor Club's database according to the related documents provided. We reserve the right to decline applications from individuals whose license is set to expire within the next 10 days.
