Cabin Interior Steam Cleaning Service | Hong Kong Motor Club Terms & Conditions

1. Cabin Interior Steam Cleaning Service (the “Product”) is provided by DAH CHONG HONG (MOTOR SERVICE CENTRE) LTD. (the “Merchant”). The Product is bound by the terms and conditions set by the Merchant. For details, please contact the Merchant. Quality of selected products are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchant/ service provider. Hong Kong Motor Club is not responsible or liable in anyway.
2. The Product and promotion are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts.
3. Customers will receive a confirmation email within 2 weeks. Customers must confirm their appointments by phone within 5 working days upon receiving the confirmation email. Confirmed orders cannot be changed or canceled, and an order number will be provided for reference.
4. The Product may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice by Hong Kong Motor Club.
5. Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-Shop without prior notice.
6. In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the rights of final decision. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version will prevail.
7. Limitation of Liability: The Hong Kong Motor Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product. The Hong Kong Motor Club’s liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid for the Product.
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
9. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1. The service purchase is valid 90 days from the date of purchase.
2. Customers must make a reservation at least five working days in advance by calling +852 2768 2328 and providing the order number for record-keeping.
3. Once the booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
4. In any case, cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
