Hong Kong Motor Club Terms and Conditions

1. The Hong Kong Motor Club Membership Card (including physical card and e-card) (“Membership Card”) remains the property of Dah Chong Hong Holdings Ltd. (hereinafter called Hong Kong Motor Club), and will be surrendered by the Cardholder upon Hong Kong Motor Club's request.
2. "Cardholder" means the individual or company to whom the Card is issued.
3. The benefits to vehicles offered by Hong Kong Motor Club are only applicable to the registered vehicle(s) under the membership. Please notify Hong Kong Motor Club by email for any change of vehicle information and/or additional vehicle information in order to enjoy such benefits.
4. The Cardholder shall promptly notify Hong Kong Motor Club by email in case of any changes of mobile number, email, residential address and/or office address.
5. In the event of the Cardholder no longer requiring the facility, the Cardholder must notify the Club by email for cancellation.
6. The Club reserves the right from time to time to change and/or cancel the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
7. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
8. If there is any difference between the English language text of these terms and conditions and the Chinese language text, the English text shall be conclusive.
9. In the event of any dispute, Hong Kong Motor Club's decision shall be final.

Terms and Conditions of Auto e-Shop (“Auto e-Shop”):

1. All confirmed orders and delivery method cannot be changed or cancelled.
2. Items cannot be returned or refunded.
3. All inventory supply of products is subject to Hong Kong Motor Club. Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to cancel the order if the selected products are out of stock.
4. Under normal circumstances, the customer will receive a status and arrangement update of the order within 14 days from order confirmation day.
5. The minimum order value of Auto e-Shop order is HK$20 after any discounts from promotion codes, discount codes and/or e-Dollars.
6. All promotion codes, discount codes and e-Dollars are only applicable on Auto e-Shop, and are subject to terms and conditions.
7. Selected products are only available for delivery arranged by merchant.
8. Some products may have specific delivery/self pick-up/redemption methods. Please read the corresponding terms and conditions for details.
9. The risks should be borne by customers for losing the delivered product under any circumstance. Hong Kong Motor Club would not bear any loss due to delay or missing delivery.
10. The shipping rate will be determined according to the parcel’s actual weight or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater. Please refer to https://bit.ly/sf_expressrates for details.
11. Vouchers/services may carry different validity periods and are subject to the terms and conditions of respective merchants. Lost, amended, damaged or expired vouchers will not be re-issued or replaced.
12. Quality of selected products/services and their corresponding warranty are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchant/ service provider. Hong Kong Motor Club is not responsible or liable in anyway.
13. Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-Shop without prior notice.
14. In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the rights of final decision.

Terms and Conditions of Group Order (“Group Order”):

1. The Group Order offers are exclusive to Hong Kong Motor Club members. In order to enjoy the Group Order offers, please register as a Hong Kong Motor Club member or login.
2. The content in an order or its delivery method cannot be changed or cancelled once the order is confirmed.
3. All sold items cannot be returned or refunded.
4. All inventory supply of products is subject to the actual supply of Hong Kong Motor Club. Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to cancel the order if the ordered products are out of stock.
5. Under normal circumstances, the customer will receive a status and arrangement update of the Group Order within 14 days from order cut-off day.
6. After the order cut-off day, if the total order quantity of the Group Order item has reached the target, the discount amount (rounded down to the nearest HK$1) will be refunded to your Hong Kong Motor Club membership account as e-Dollars within 30 days from order cut-off day.
7. The minimum order value on a Group Order is HK$20 after any discounts from promotion codes, discount codes and/or e-Dollars.
8. All promotion codes, discount codes and e-Dollars are only applicable on Group Order, and are subject to the corresponding terms and conditions.
9. Products delivered by designed merchants are only available for delivery by mailing, and no in-store pickup is available .

Terms and Conditions of Bonus Point Redemption:

1. All gifts are redeemed on a first-come-first-served basis. If selected item is out of stock, members will be notified via mail or phone.
2. Redeemed items cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded for cash or bonus points.
3. Quality of gifts and maintenance services are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the respective merchant/ service provider. Hong Kong Motor Club is not responsible or liable in anyway. Required payment/ bonus points are subject to change without prior notice.
4. For redemption of "Rent-A-Car Service" items, please note that the vehicle model used for providing the service is subject to availability. More T&Cs apply to the car rental service.
5. Gift redemption letters are valid on or before the expiry date indicated and shall be void upon its expiration. For the expired of gift collection, redeemed bonus points are void and cash is non-refundable.
6. Coupons redeemed may carry different validity periods and are subject to the terms and conditions of respective merchants. Lost, amended, damaged or expired coupons will not be re-issued or replaced.
7. If the cheque is bounced / bank-in process is not successful, we will notify members by phone.
8. Members can call our member hotline about the redemption request status before the bonus point expiry date; otherwise, bonus points will be forfeited after the expiry date.
9. Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Bonus Point Redemption Program without prior notice.
10. In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Motor Club reserves the rights of final decision.
